Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is self-serve — create an account and use the load board and free tools immediately. Upgrade from the Billing page inside the app when you're ready.
How does payment work?
Monthly subscriptions billed securely through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page — we never see or store them. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
What counts as a "workspace"?
A workspace is one company/client program with its own customers, shipments and documents. 3PLs running several client brands want Business; a single operation fits Pro.
Is the load board really free?
Yes — browsing, posting and bidding on the public load board is free for everyone. Carriers don't even need an account to bid; a free account lets you track every bid and awarded load in one place.
I'm an existing customer — does new pricing affect me?
